Sunnyside Cottage is a fully refurbished two-bedroom centrally heated cottage with superfast Wi-Fi, featuring everything you need for a real home-away-from home experience. The cottage sleeps up to four, and we welcome well-behaved dogs!

The pleasant courtyard is perfect for BBQs and al fresco drinks, and there are an abundance of charming pubs and well-stocked shops a short walk or drive away

The cottage is located 300 yards from the coast, and there are numerous walks to enjoy in the immediate area – including one of our favourites, the Silverdale to Arnside coastal walk. Golf course and leisure centre with swimming pool are nearby, and the RSPB Leighton Moss Nature Reserve is just over a mile away.

FURTHER DETAILS INSIDE:
The porch opens onto a refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The dining area seats four. The comfortable lounge, with living gas fire, has two large sofas, a smart TV with DVD player, and a study area with desk.  A selection of games, books and DVDs are available, plus details on the local area. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms, both with double beds (one king-size). Modern bathroom with bath and shower above.

FURTHER DETAILS OUTSIDE:
There is off-road parking, however unfortunately steps down from the parking area make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. There is a charming courtyard to the front of the property with garden furniture – a barbeque is available. Use of shed for storage of bicycles.

CONDITIONS:
20% deposit on booking. Refundable breakage deposit of £150 required with balance. One dog welcome – £20 per week.
Balance due four weeks prior to holiday date. Minimum booking period is normally seven nights. Shorter bookings may be considered during off-peak seasons. Our normal changeover day is Saturday – please contact us if you would like us to consider a diffferent arrival day.
